Getting started at CrossFit R837 is simple!

Just give us a call or send us an email to get started. Our contact info is under the “Contact Us” tab above. We always start with a roughly half-hour conversation so that we can get to know you a little better, find out about any exercise history you have and what your current goals are. This also allows you the opportunity to meet us, and find out what we do and who we are. From there, you are free to try out your first class any time.

Our classes allow for a small athlete-to-coach ratio, so you can be sure your coach will pay maximum attention to your individual needs. As a beginner, you will learn how to perform the fundamental CrossFit movements safely and effectively, with specific guidance from your coach regarding any needed modifications and scaling, as we help you understand what we do and how we do it.

We invite you to try a couple of free classes before you make a commitment to join. We want you to be sure that our community is a good fit for you. And we don’t do contracts. Membership is month-to-month, automatically renewed, and you can cancel at any time without penalty.

People sometimes tell us that they have to “get in better shape first,” before they come give CrossFit a try. It seems too hard or too intimidating. Please trust us when we say that nothing could be further from the truth. You will get in better shape faster by starting sooner!
